[ Profile of the Artist ]
For him, Bamboo ¡Èchiku¡É represents bamboo ware and Shakuhachi ,or a bamboo flute while Stone ¡Èseki¡É represents Igo (game of go ) and Tenkoku , or curving out a letter or pattern on a stone.

He happened to come across bamboo ware a few years ago and ever since he have been doing some creative works, through repeated trials and errors.
As for Shakuhachi, he have a longstanding history of performance , currently playing for concerts in a group and striving to have culture of Shakuhachi further familiarized and spread by voluntarily teaching children in the communities how to make a Shakuhachi with a pipe of vinyl chloride material processed.
He also sings Minyou, or Japanese local folk songs in music other than Minyou.

About Igo, he has enjoyed playing Go game as a hobby since his undergraduate days and has a grade, an Igo nerd to the extent that he carry around an Igo book with him when he step out of his place.
Tenkoku¡¡is another creative work of his, which is to engrave a letter on a stone. It requires such a delicate and meticulous work that a selection of a stone or even weather affects a finished state of work..

He is a type of person with catholic tastes. For example, they are tennis , golf ,softball and so on in sports, You name it. He has a wide variety of cheval de bataille when it comes to playing with bamboo and stone.
