Defective or Wrong Item
In case you found damages or defects on your ordered items or received wrong items at the time of delivery, please contact our Support Center within 2 weeks of delivery. We will notify you of the procedure how to get an exchange or a full refund.
a)Please DO NOT send any item back to us before receiving our notice of how to return items.
b)If you wish to get an exchange, we will do our best to replace the item with a similar possible item. However, it is not possible for us to replicate the exact same item because each of our items is individually handcrafted by an artist and therefore very unique.
c)We are sorry but even the item is defective or wrong, we do not provide an exchange or a refund if you contact us after 2 weeks of delivery.
Return
Even if the item is not defective or wrong, we accept the return of items. Please contact our Support Center within 2 weeks of delivery. We will notify you of the procedure how to return the items.
a)Please DO NOT send any item back to us before receiving our notice of how to return items.
b)Shipping costs, restocking fee, money transfer fee (bank /settlement company) and other costs associated with the return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
c)All returns must be in unused, salable, and as new condition.
d)We do not accept returns if you contact us after 2 weeks of delivery.
